Guest Inn Motel Polices

Payment
Payment for room must be made at check in or earlier. Payments can be made via credit card, debit card or cash. Direct deposit and e-transfer may be available upon request. 

Deposit
All guests must pay a minimum of $150 deposit per room. Deposit will be returned to guests upon check out after room check. If there is any damage found in room, deposit will not be returned to guest. If guest causes any property damage or bad behavior during stay, deposit will not be returned to guest. If guest or anyone the guest brings onto the property causes damages, deposit will not be returned. 

Late check out (Check out after 11am of check out date)
To fully checkout, guests must remove all their belongings from room and return key to front desk. Guests will be charged $15 an hour for every hour until they check out. If guests are not fully checked out by 2pm of check out day, they will be charged another full nights stay for that day. Guest will be charged for the night even if the room is unavailable to them.

Pet Fee
Pets are allowed in select rooms, only if guests notify Guest Inn Motel upon check in. All pets must be reported at check in. Pets are not allowed to be left in rooms unattended. Pet fee is $15 a per pet per night. If guests bring pets into room without notifying Guest Inn Motel they will be charged a pet fee of $15 a night per pet. Guest Inn Motel reserves the right to increase that fee if pet causes damages to room or if guest bring pets into room without notifying front desk. Guest Inn Motel reserves the right to deny pets in room. Not all pets are allowed in room. 

Damages
Guests will be charged full price of all damages done by either themselves or anyone they bring into the property with them.

Additional Guests
Room price is for 2 people per night. All rooms are allowed 2 guests, if there are more than 2 guests in a room that is considered an additional guest. Certain rooms allow for additional guests, but all guests must be reported to Guest Inn Motel upon check in. If additional guests are brought into the room, guests must pay an additional guest fee of $15 a person per night. Guests must follow room capacity limits.

Cancellation
Our cancellation policy is 72 hours before the arrival date for no charge, if cancelled after the given cancellation date then the room holder will be charged full price of the stay. Guests will not be charged if they cancel 72 hours prior to their check in date. (Must cancel 72 hours prior to 2pm of check in date) Guests will be changed full price of stay if they cancel within 72 hours of their check in date. Guest will be charged full price of stay if cancelled at 2pm of check in date or any time after.

Same Day Booking Cancellation are NON REFUNDABLE

Smoking  
No smoking of any kind is allowed in rooms, or inside any building on the property. If you must smoke, it has to be done 6 feet away from all buildings. Please dispose of smokes in ash trays located throughout the property. Fines for rooms smelling of smoke start at $150. Smoking in rooms or by rooms while window or door is open is prohibited. 

Parking  
Parking is free for 1 vehicle per room. Vehicle information must be provided at check-in. Vehicles not declared at check in will be towed at vehicle owners expense. Guest Inn Motel reserves the right to deny over sized vehicles and/or additional vehicles parking. For oversized or additional vehicles please notify front desk at least 34 hours before check-in for availability. Guest Inn
